Smoking causes irreparable harm to human society. Therefore, it is illegal in the eyes of Islam. In this context, the famous Muslim scholar of the time, the supreme fathers of Saudi Arabia, Mufti chief of Allah Sheikh Bin Baz, said: "Smoking is forbidden, because it is impure and evil and causes much damage." . And the degrading declared upon them is illegal. In the Holy Quran:
"They will ask you, what things have been made lawful for you?" Say: The sacrificial things are legal for you (Al-Ma'ida: 4)
* Allah narrates the virtues of his Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) in Surah al-Aaraf: "He commands them to do good works, and forbids them to do wrong, and makes all kinds of things lawful, and they are dirty in them, things are forbidden "(Surah Al-A'raaf: 157).
* All types of smoking are not included in sacred things. Rather, it is a harmful and profane mortal thing. So the business of smoking is not as objectionable as that of drugs. Therefore, those who are involved in smoking and smokers are forced to repent and return to Allah and promise to be ashamed of their past deeds and not do so in the future. And he who truly repents, Allah accepts his repentance. For example: Allah says: "O believers, believers, you all repent before Allah, you will succeed."
Allah also says: "And in fact, I am the Forgiving, the person who repents, believes and performs good deeds, then follows the right path" (Taha: 82)
Today, the unified opinion of the Muslim Ulema karam is: "Smoking is prohibited, and it is also forbidden to rent the store to buy it". Any illegal work is also prohibited.
Another great document that must be forbidden is that Allah says: "Do not be driven to ruin" (Al-Baqarah: 195).
When a smoker is pushing toward destruction, she slowly destroys the energy of her life and commits suicide as a crime. The loss of money or money is completely forbidden in Islam. Allah says: "Truly, the tortuous brother of Saturn" (Isra: 27)
Allah also says: "Surely Allah does not like the destroyer" (Al-Aaraf: 31)
Smoking is not just a waste, it is just waste of damage
It is in the hadith that angels and people suffer,
"A person who eats vegetables like Piaz, Ajo and Piaz, should not go near the mosque, because; People suffer from bad smell and the angels also suffer." (Saheeh Muslim: 1/395)
* In another tradition, "He who believes in God and the last day must not harm his neighbor" (Bukhari: 7/26)
In another tradition, "he is a true Muslim whose mouth and hands are safe from another Muslim" (Bukhari: 1/11)
* Smoking is hurt by Muslims, it is forbidden to harm a Muslim who is innocent: the Koran says: "Even if a believing man and woman do not commit a crime, those who hurt them bear the burden of false accusations and obvious sins. (Al-Ahzab: 58)

A person entered Paradise because he cut a tree that fell on the road and forced people to suffer. (Allahu Akbar) (Sahih Muslim: 4/2021).
* What is the smoking condition? It says: Carbon ink does not get dirty even after washing. Once you smoke, the face is not easily removed. Even the smoker's body and clothes become impure. Non-smugglers rarely escape persecution. If you have some time around the smell, you will also call everyone a smoker.
