Virtue of fasting


There are different virtues and rewards in every good time, by which the great Lord of the universe will reward the performer, but the issue of fasting is very different. Because besides the many rewards of fasting, there is an unparalleled declaration about this. The Messenger of Allah said,

كل عمل ابن آدم يضاعف, الحسنة عشر أمثالها إلى سبعمائة ضعف, قال الله عز وجل: إلا الصوم, فإنه لي وأنا أجزي به.

Every work of the people is increased. A virtue is increased from 10 times (in particular the field) to 700 times. Allaah says: But the matter of fasting is different. Because fasting is for me. So I will pay for it myself. - Sahih Muslim, Hadith 1151/164; Sahih Bukhari, Hadith 1894

In this Hadith, two things are relevant:

1. There is a specific policy on how to increase the chawab of all other periods without fasting. It is 10 times to 700 times. This is the general rule. If Allah wishes, you can give more than this in special cases. But generally the chawab of all the periods is calculated through this principle. But the matter of fasting is different. Because there is no limit to the hierarchy of it; Rather Allah Himself has announced the reward of its reward. Only he knows how much the amount will be.

An external reason for such a great excerpt of fasting may be that the fasting results in patience. And the good news of Allah is for the patient,

انما یوفی الصبرون اجرهم بغیر حساب.

Those who have patience will be entitled to countless reward. -Saura Jumar (39): 10

2. All worship is for Allah. Due to the many specialities of fasting, he has taken him for himself and said that 'fasting is for me'. Therefore, he has given good tidings to the fasting so that he will pay the reward of fasting and he will give rewards. -Latief 168-170

Various types of rewards and rewards are mentioned for the Hadith in Sharif. Here are some of them:

1. Fasting will be recommended on the Day of Resurrection

Hadith came to Sharif-

الصيام والقرآن يشفعان للعبد يوم القيامة, يقول الصيام: أي رب, منعته الطعام والشهوات بالنهار, فشفعني فيه, ويقول القرآن: منعته النوم بالليل, فشفعني فيه, قال: فيشفعان.

Fasting and Qur'an Majid will recommend for the servants on the Day of Resurrection. Fasting will say, O Allah! We prevented him from eating and drinking during the day. Please acknowledge my recommendation. And the Quran will say, "I have prevented him from sleeping at night." So accept my recommendation. Then their recommendation will be accepted. -Musnad Ahmad, Hadith 6626; Alamujamul Kabir, Tabarani, Hadith 14672; Majmawy Zayed 3/519

2. Fasting is the shield of the fire and the fort

Hadith came to Sharif-

الصيام جنة, وحصن حصين من النار.

Fasting is a shield and fortress to save fire from hell. -Musnad Ahmad, Hadith 9225

3. The fasting will enter the royal hall of Jannah with Shahi archers

According to one hadith,

إن في الجنة بابا يقال له الريان, يدخل منه الصائمون يوم القيامة, لا يدخل منه أحد غيرهم.

There is a Shahi arcade called Raiyan in Paradise, with which only the fasting will enter. No one else can enter it by the arcade. (The person who enters the Raiwan gate will never be thirsty.) -Sheeh Bukhari 1/244; Sahih Muslim, Hadith 1152

4. All sins of the life of fasting will be forgiven

Hadith came to Sharif-

من صام رمضان إيمانا واحتسابا غفر له مقيم من ذنبه

The person who fasting Ramadan for the reward of full faith, Allah Pak will forgive all the sins of his life. - Sahih Bukhari, Hadith 1901

5. The supplication of fasting is accepted

Hadith Sharif has been given-

ثلاثة لا ترد دعوتهم: الصائم حتى يفطر, والإمام العادل, ودعوة مظلوم.

The Doas of the three people are not returned: the person's fasting; Until the Iftar, the dua of the upright ruler and the dua - Sahih Ibn Hibban, Hadith 3428

6. Two fun for fasting

Hadith Sharif has been given-

للصائم فرحتان: فرحة عند فطره, وفرحة عند لقاء ربه.

There are two special moments of enjoying the joy of fasting. The time of an iftar, the other is to meet with his Lord. - Sahih Muslim, Hadith 1151/164; Sahih Bukhari, Hadith 1904

7. The smell of the face of fasting is better than Allah's milk

Allaah has also evaluated the smell that is due to fasting. The bad odor caused by starvation is said to have been more fragile than that of Mishak, and blessed with his love for Mattha Fizadadadar.

The Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم said,

لخلوف فم الصائم أطيب عند الله من ريح المسك.

Surely the fasting face (eating away) is better than Allah's sweet fragrance. - Sahih Bukhari, Hadith 1904

It is to be noted here that the hadeeth in the narrative refers to the smell which is meant only for the sake of eating out of the stomach due to the exclusion of food. This is not the intention of the stinking of teeth and mouth due to stomach. Therefore, the fasting person must be aware of keeping his teeth and face clean.

Adab of fasting

First of all, we have presented some fundamental words about 'Adab'.

'Adab' means better customs, better method etc. From the practice of worshiping all the affairs of personal, social and state life, dealings, socialization, behavior and refinement of mind and mind, etc., all the rules and principles adopted by the Rasool kareem (peace be upon him) and adopting the principle to follow it. His name is Adab.

Etiquette in Islam (whether it belongs to any division) is very much in place. These are not worthless or extra like; Rather, it is the fundamental purpose of all the commandments and commandments of Islam.

The service of worship is also to be followed carefully, especially the virtues, blessings and blessings of every worship will be found only when it is carefully cared for in all the etiquette of worship. Today, due to the weakness of the faith, somebody's mind moves towards a negative connotation to hear the word Adab. That is, it is permissible to leave it alone. It will work in addition to this. It does not have any importance at all. But the demand of faith was that it was to hear the word of Adab, and to think about its positive side. That is, it is good to do it and it has these benefits. By this, worship is beautiful and increases the likelihood of acceptance. It is also important to remember that the work that will be called etiquette will always be a mustahab phase, it is not necessary. It is wrong to assume that there is the freedom to do and not do it when it is mentioned in the title 'Adab'. Rather, sometimes it is also called as Adab, which is obligatory or obligatory, even more important than it. As one of the adornments of fasting is not an idiot. Now, if it is assumed that avoiding ghibat is referred to as 'adab', then it is a good work. But undoubtedly it will be wrong. Because, ghibata is forbidden and grave sin for all time. How can it be permissible in the holy month like Ramadan and in important prayers like fasting? At this time, survival of this is more important and essential than the previous. Therefore, it is wrong to think of the matter as a mustahab if you hear the word 'Adab'.

Besides, there are some etiquettes which are according to the injunction of the fiqh, but a believer can never ignore his benefits and benefits. For example, it is mentioned that the khusu khusuakei (concentration) of the Prayer It is not counted with the obligatory prayers or the Sunnat Muqqadda. But concentration or happiness is the spirit of prayer and life. Although the absence of the Prayer will be done in its absence, but it is dependent on Khushu-Khuur as the acceptance of Allah's Prayer as a peculiar act and the special benefits and benefits of the Prayer. It is a great grace of the Shari'ah that does not make it conditional with the obligation of the Prayer. Otherwise it would have been very difficult for us to have weak faith and troubled minds like us. But it would not be acceptable to identify the indifference towards Khusu Khusu.

In essence, a believer's viewpoint should be positive about the status of Islam. So that it is fortunate to adopt it and the benefits of worship are achieved. After the brief introduction of the Etiquette, the main thing is to discuss the etiquette of fasting.

It is not enough to get all the blessings, blessings and rewards that are given by Allah on fasting, and to get the desired goals, self-purification, patience, piety and piety, leaving only drinkers and wife's sufficiency is not enough. Because, these are the bodies of fasting. And his spirit is his adornments. Therefore, if the care of fasting is not taken care of, then the above merits and blessings will not be attained.

Presentations of Fasting

1) Protect the eyes from all kinds of sins. As if looking at sharp girls, refraining from seeing TV-movies.

2) Protecting the yawn. That is, falsehood, lewdness, libel, and quarreling.

Hadith Sharif has been given-

من لم يدع قول الزور والعمل به, فليس لله حاجة في أن يدع طعامه وشرابه

Allah does not have any importance to the person who has not given up lying and doing bad deeds while fasting. Allaah does not care about leaving his food. Sahih Bukhari, Hadith 1903

In another Hadith, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said,

وإذا كان يوم صوم أحدكم فلا يرفث ولا يصخب, فإن سابه أحد أو قاتله, فليقل إني امرؤ صائم.

Do not let anyone commit any obscene or bad words while fasting. No kind of noise, no clamor is involved. If someone else taunts him or strikes him, then he should tell that he does not want to abuse (in the face of the behavior or cheeks), that I am fasting. - Sahih Bukhari, Hadith 1904

It appears that fasting is not far from the quarrel of fasting, crying is also against the law of fasting. Therefore, abstaining from Jabn to them, he will always keep on fasting through the recitation of the Qur'an and the recitation of the Quran. Even if there is at least silence, it is possible to get rid of the blessing of fasting.

3) Protect the ears from all kinds of sins. Stay away from listening to such songs, ghibat, libel, and obscene talk.

4) It also excludes other organs such as hands and feet, from sins and bad deeds.

5) Avoiding forbidden food in Sahari and Iftar. Imam Ghazali Rah Said, "The person who fasted all day, if it has been eaten by a forbidden goods, he should build a fort and make a city clean."

6) In the fasting time, remember the words of the greatness and greatness of Allah and His commands are more important. In the heart of the fasting, the thought should be awakening that Allah has always had the Prophet (peace be upon him). I have given up his food and drink for the sake of His pleasure. I have to be hungry and thirsty to please him.

If it is possible to fast one month, then Insha Allah Allah will give us the precious wealth of piety and self-control, through which the door of great welfare of the world and the next will be opened.
